This merchandise plan for Alo Yoga was strategically developed for the Autumn/Winter 2026 season through in-depth brand research and trend forecasting using WGSN. The plan outlines a carefully curated product assortment that aligns with Alo Yoga’s premium activewear identity, emphasizing performance, comfort, and style. Each piece was selected and planned based on upcoming consumer preferences, seasonal demand shifts, and key fashion trends projected for late 2026. The sizing breakdown, pack quantities, and delivery dates were all optimized to meet anticipated retail needs while maintaining the brand’s aesthetic and commercial goals.
